Shipping Information
We collect information from users only on a voluntary basis in the following categories and never discloses the information except as provided herein: name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
Information is used by us only to the extent necessary to deliver items ordered from our website. The information collected is used strictly to facilitate users’ requests or to respond to a query. We regard this information as confidential and do not use it for any other purpose, sell it to other parties, or disclose it to any third party (except to third-party delivery services to effectuate delivery of the goods as requested by the user).
Cookies
In our effort to improve users’ site experience, this site uses cookies to provide pages and features that are most compatible with users’ preferences. Shipping Within The USA
For United States customers, orders are shipped within one business day. We make our best effort to ship orders received by 12:00 PM Arizona Time on the day that they are received. However, due to fluctuations in the volume of orders, we cannot guarantee same day shipment. Please note that when you select a faster shipment method, you are paying for a shorter transit time, not for expediting the preparation of your package.
Your shipping choices include:
USPS First Class Mail
USPS Priority Mail
UPS Ground
UPS Second Day Air
UPS Next Day Air
All of the above options include tracking. Orders include insurance for your protection as well as ours. Normal delivery for Priority Mail is 2-3 days, and automatically includes Saturday delivery at no extra charge.
Shipping Outside The USA
On request, some items may be offered for shipment to destinations outside the USA. Those packages will normally be shipped within one business day. Some shipping services may not be available to certain countries. Please be certain what each respective shipping option offers as far as tracking, insurance, and transit time before making your selection:
NOTE: USPS is not offered for international shipping.
UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS) OPTIONS:
“UPS Worldwide Express” as an expedited international shipping option.
Any CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, OR TAXES that might be added to your order after it arrives in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Our Goal is 100% Satisfaction!
We accept returns on items Shipped Within the USA… provided that they are in new and unused condition shipped Pre-Paid to OXcart within 30 days of the original purchase transaction date.
Please email the return shipment tracking number so we can match the returned item with the sale transaction… so that we can process the refund to you. Refunds will be processed in the manner in which the original purchase was paid for. For example, if you paid via your credit card, the refund will be issued to that same card.
Returns must be accompanied by “proof of purchase” (copy of email receipt, packing list, etc.). Include the REASON for the return. Please USE A BOX and proper packing materials. The Refund will be processed upom Receipt of the returned product.
Again, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges (unless we were at fault). Please Note: Returned Items damaged due to careless packaging will not be refunded. Use a shipment method with tracking and delivery confirmation. We will not accept “COD” returns.

Ordering & Payment
Order Processing & Shipment (Overview)
The items listed for purchase on our website have been delivered to our local fulfillment center (non-profit 501C3)… so that they are available for immediate shipment upon receipt of your order. Whether you place your order directly on the OXcart website or you place your order on a partner website such as ETSY, the order is immediately processed by the payment center and forwarded to our local fulfillment center.
Placing My Order
Begin your OXcart order by clicking ‘Add To Cart’. You may check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on ‘Cart’ in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You can adjust the quantity of any item in your cart. Once the quantity is changed, click ‘Update Cart’.
Once you have completed your cart, you may proceed to ‘Checkout’. Here, you will be able to:
- Review your order items
- Select your preferred payment method
- Enter your shipping information
- Select your preferred shipping method
- Verify shipping charges
- Verify any Sales Taxes
- Verify the Order Total Amount
Once your order has been finalized, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will provide a tracking number so that you may monitor shipment progress.
